What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a powerful, ancient form of gentle hands-on healing that channels life force energy into and around the body. This activates the body’s natural healing process to restore physical and emotional well-being. It promotes relaxation, and also helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
Treatments can be given whilst lying down or sitting. Unlike a massage, the client remains fully clothed. It is best to wear loose comfortable clothes. I will just ask that you remove your shoes.
